We welcome you back to the ‘New Zin’!  You’re invited to quench your thirst for worldly cuisine driven by the Farmer’s Market and our Chef’s latest whim. Explore our extensive award-winning wine cellar or slide up to the bar for the latest craft cocktail.

Our new menu is smaller, lighter, globally inspired and like no other in the desert. Some house favorites like the Fried Chicken, Zin Bites and Mindy’s Cheesecake will welcome you back while creations straight from our new Chef’s imagination will delight you. The Street Corn ‘Ribs’, Smoked Beet Salad  and the 50oz Tomahawk Steak are sure to be some of your new favorites on the menu.

Curated Wine Dinners and Sunday Brunches in addition to nightly service Thursday through Monday are why Zin American Bistro has been a Palm Springs staple for 16 years.
